PROCEDURE FOR STUDENTS ABSENT FOR II CIE TO APPEAR FOR RETEST

Dear Students,
Students who were absent for II CIE are permitted to appear for the Retest. Kindly go through the following procedure carefully and submit your application on time.

1. ELIGIBILITY

  • Students who were absent for II CIE are permitted to appear for the Retest.

2. APPLICATION PROCESS

  • The student must fill in the prescribed Re-CIE Application Form.
  • The form must first be signed by the Course Teacher and then submitted to the Head of the Department for approval.

3. FEE PAYMENT

  • Students are required to pay ₹50/- per course as the retest fee.
  • The fee receipt must be attached to the application form.

4. DEPARTMENT’S ROLE

  • The Heads of Departments are requested to collect all approved application forms.
  • A list of eligible students for the II CIE Retest must be prepared by the department.
  • The concerned Course Teachers should be informed to prepare the question paper for the retest.

5. EXAMINATION CELL’S ROLE

  • After receiving the student lists and application forms from all departments, the Examination Cell Coordinator will prepare and circulate the Retest Schedule.

6. NOTE

  • The retest will be conducted between 3:00 pm and 3:50 pm in the Examination Hall.
  • The retest will be conducted for 25 marks only.
  • The last date to apply for the retest is 30th September, 2025.
  • The retest will commence on 6th October, 2025.

Please ensure that the application form is completed correctly and submitted along with the fee receipt to the Head of the Department before the last date.
