The Department of Business Administration at Don Bosco College, Yelagiri Hills, continues the legacy of the institution’s commitment to empowering youth through value-based and industry-driven education. Established in 2013–2014, the department embodies the dynamic spirit of Don Bosco and Fr. Guezou by fostering an environment of holistic growth, professional excellence, and social responsibility. Since its inception, the BBA programme has steadily evolved into a vibrant centre of learning, consistently serving deserving students and aligning itself with the college’s vision and mission. With a strong foundation rooted in management education, the department aims to nurture competent, confident, and ethically grounded business professionals equipped for the demands of the modern corporate world. Each year, the programme attracts a large number of aspiring students, offering them a balanced blend of theoretical knowledge and practical exposure in key areas such as management, marketing, finance, human resources, economics, and entrepreneurship.   • PO3: Communication skill: Ability to communicate within the profession and with society at large. Such abilities include reading, writing, speaking, listening, the ability to comprehend and write effective reports and documents.
