M.Sc Computer Science

Science / M.Sc Computer Science

Programme Overview

The Post Graduate and Research Department of Computer Science was established in 2015 as the first Post Graduate Department and further expanded in 2017 as the first Research Department of Don Bosco College (Co-Ed). The department envisions providing advanced knowledge, technical expertise, and strong research exposure to rural and tribal students, enabling them to compete in global IT sectors and research environments.

The M.Sc Computer Science programme is a two-year, four-semester curriculum designed to enhance theoretical depth, research competency, and applied computing capabilities. The programme prepares students for IT industries, research pathways such as M.Phil & Ph.D., academic careers, and data-driven technological fields.
