Introduction

As part of the Christmas celebrations, the Newman Club and Digital Arts Club jointly organized a Digital Poster Presentation Competition on 17th December 2025. The event aimed to allow students to creatively express the values and spirit of Christmas through digital art while enhancing their presentation and communication skills.

Objectives

  • To encourage students to creatively express the moral and spiritual values of Christmas through digital poster presentations.
  • To enhance students’ digital design skills and originality while promoting responsible use of technology.
  • To provide a platform for students to present and explain their creative ideas confidently before judges.
  • To foster collaboration between the Newman Club and the Digital Arts Club through a joint student-centered activity.

Summary

The Newman Club and Digital Arts Club jointly organized a Digital Poster Presentation Competition on 17th December 2025 as part of the Christmas celebrations. The competition was conducted with the theme “Light of Christmas: Let Christ Shine Through You, based on which students prepared their posters. A total of 10 students from various departments of the college participated in the event.

A Google Form link was circulated to registered participants, through which they submitted their original digital posters by the stipulated deadline. On the day of the event, each participant presented and explained their own prepared poster before the judges, highlighting the theme, message, and creative concept behind the design. The posters were evaluated on creativity, originality, relevance to the theme, and presentation.

Ms. K. Priyadharshini, Animator of the Digital Arts Club, served as the competition judge. Based on the evaluation, the top three poster presentations were selected as winners. The event successfully provided a meaningful platform for students to showcase their creativity and reflect on the spiritual values of Christmas through digital art.
