The programme was organized with the active support and coordination of the National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit. NSS volunteers played a vital role in planning and executing the event by arranging the venue, welcoming the dignitaries, guiding the participants, managing the programme proceedings, and ensuring the smooth conduct of the seminar. Their dedication and teamwork contributed significantly to the success of the programme.

The programme commenced with a prayer followed by a warm welcome address. The Chief Guest, Fr. Charles Arun, Economer, Cambodia, was felicitated by the college authorities. In his inspiring address, Fr. Charles Arun emphasized the importance of self-discipline, moral values, and healthy lifestyle choices in preventing substance abuse. He explained the physical, psychological, social, and economic consequences of drug addiction and urged students to stay away from drugs by cultivating positive habits and responsible friendships.

He further encouraged the students to become ambassadors of a drug-free society by spreading awareness among their peers, families, and communities. His motivational speech inspired the students to make informed decisions, resist negative influences, and uphold the values of integrity and social responsibility.

The seminar witnessed enthusiastic participation from NSS volunteers, Anti Drug Club members, faculty members, and students from various departments. An interactive session was held at the end of the seminar, where students actively engaged with the Chief Guest by asking questions and sharing their views on preventing substance abuse among youth.

The seminar concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the Chief Guest, the Management, the Principal, faculty members, NSS volunteers, Anti Drug Club members, and all the participants for their valuable support and active involvement in making the event a grand success.
